An erion starts with steel—and with a design that optimizes every detail for durability, weight, and everyday practicality. Step by step, this results in a sturdy, lightweight, designer steel wheel. Made in Switzerland.

Steel with a high recycled content forms the basis of every erion wheel.
It enables high load-bearing capacity and precise shaping through targeted use of material. - Precisely Shaped.
We shape the steel with precision. Every contour follows the design
and places material exactly where the wheel needs to absorb stress. - Connected all the way around.
This is where the crucial connection is made. Our 360° welding process joins
the wheel components all the way around into a stable unit. The circumferential joint
ensures high strength and precise power transmission across the entire joint area. - Protected for winter.
A winter wheel must withstand more than just the cold. Salt, moisture, dirt,
and fluctuating temperatures constantly attack the surface.
That’s why every erion wheel receives a multi-layer paint finish.
It protects the material and creates a durable surface
for demanding winter conditions. At the same time, the finish
ensures the high-quality look that sets erion apart from classic steel wheels. - ALCAR-tested. Approved. Plug & Play.

New wheel designs undergo technical testing and are validated by ALCAR’s
quality control. Appropriate approvals are available for numerous wheel-and-vehicle combinations.
With ECE certification, this means: install them and drive off—without additional registration,
provided the approved wheel/tire combination is compatible with the vehicle. - Manufactured in Switzerland
erion wheels are manufactured in Switzerland. Production incorporates a high proportion of recycled materials in the material cycle, the company’s own photovoltaic system, and the Swiss electricity mix. In this way, we combine modern steel wheel manufacturing with a conscious approach to material and energy use.
